If the passenger drops his or her luggage, ID card, or visa, or has difficulty boarding his or her flight and delays it, Assistance will be accessible from Trip.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and Trip.com will use its utmost efforts to help travellers solve the problem. In the case of a natural disaster at the customer's location, Trip.com may alert clients travelling or planning to fly to their destination in an effort to protect their health, rights and interests. When Trip.com has been used to book both a flight ticket and a hotel and you are unable to check in at the hotel due to an accidental change in schedule, the hotel booking may be cancelled free of charge if the cancellation request is made by 23:59 (local time of the hotel) on the day of check-in.
